Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.Ģ.
This is unfortunately a side-effect of how the game renders lower detail, and you will see this effect in many default meshes as well. Anything lower than that, and you will see some distortion of patterns/graphics in game and also some chunkiness of the breasts if they are much larger than default. The shirt will look exactly the same in-game as in CAS if you have Sim Detail set to "Very High". They will also replace the free Sims 3 Store T-shirt meshes (Fanta and Sponge) if you have those, but this does NOT contain the Sims 3 Store items themselves. The meshes in this package will replace all base game and World Adventures T-Shirt meshes for Teen, Young Adult, Adult, and Elder. (Not all of the graphics shown above will be available unless you have the World Adventures EP). The most important reason for more uniform and realistic stretching is so that any graphic across the shirt remains proportionate and not distorted. The image below is an example of very large breasts (beyond the normal range of the breast sliders) and the pattern across the breasts is still fairly uniform with no pincushion distortion. However, even after fixing that problem, there was an issue with any pattern or graphic on the shirt distorting in an unnatural way, so I've completely re-boned the shirt to eliminate this pincushion distortion and provide a more realistic and uniform stretching of the fabric across the breasts. These are default replacement meshes to fix this problem. This is because there are some odd bone assignments around the bottom of the breasts that cause the shirt to deform in a strange way if the breasts are enlarged at all. If you use any of the available Breast Slider mods, you've probably noticed the T-Shirt looks very strange on your bustier sims. My version does appear tighter and somewhat bustier than the EA fixed version, for what it's worth. This mod is no longer necessary as of patch 1.17/2.12/3.8/4.5/5.2 or if you have Late Night installed because EA has fixed the T-shirt meshes (among others).
